How we measure uptime
Every connect, disconnect, token refresh, and sync error is logged to integration_audit_log with the originating provider. The 90-day uptime ratio above is 1 - (failures / total_events) over a 90-day rolling window, refreshed weekly. We don't include synthetic checks in this number, only real customer activity.
